Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Ops Tactical & Firearms Training, each class requires instructor preparation, scheduling, range allocation, and safety planning. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our training programs, we enforce the following policy:

Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

 

48-Hour Cancellation Requirement

 

Students must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled class start time to qualify for a refund or reschedule.
 

Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

 

No Refunds After Training Begins. Once a class has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason.No Refunds After the Training Date Has Passed.If you miss your scheduled class or fail to attend, the full registration fee is forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.

 

Rescheduling Policy.

If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, you may choose:

• A full refund

• OR

• A one-time reschedule into a future class of equal value

 

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are not guaranteed and may require re-enrollment at full price.

Weather, Safety, or Instructor-Initiated Changes

If Ops Tactical must cancel or reschedule a class due to:

• Severe weather

• Range safety issues

• Instructor availability

• Any operational concern

You will receive:

• A full refund, or

• A rescheduled training date at no additional cost

 

We will notify all registered students as quickly as possible if these situations arise.

Non-Transferable Registrations

 

Registrations may not be transferred to another person without prior approval.
