FREE Ladies’ Self Defense Workshop

Learn to recognize trouble earlier, become a harder target and respond when avoidance fails.

OBA

Service Description

Most self-defense training begins after something has already gone wrong. This workshop starts earlier. Learn how to better recognize potential threats, identify concerning behavior and environmental anomalies, and understand how awareness, body language and positioning can influence how you are perceived by someone looking for an opportunity. We’ll explore practical ways to interrupt a potential attacker’s thought process and force them to reassess their target. You’ll also get hands-on instruction in escaping common grabs and attacks, establishing boundaries, creating distance and getting away. This workshop is built from nearly two decades of real-world experience in bail enforcement, fugitive apprehension, investigations and personal protection. The material comes from years of recognizing concerning behavior, approaching uncertain situations and dealing with people when their intentions weren’t always clear. Designed specifically for women and the situations they encounter in everyday life, this workshop is especially relevant for realtors, bail bondsmen, business owners, professionals who work alone or meet unfamiliar people, and private citizens who simply want to be better prepared. No previous self-defense or firearms experience is required. This workshop is completely FREE. Registration is required and seating is limited.
